About Yoga of Light
Yoga means Union. It means to feel "connected" and "whole" within our minds, our hearts, our bodies and ultimately our Lives.
Light is information. When we feel “en-lightened" we feel informed, we feel connected and inspired, capable of healing and growing in all aspects of our lives. At Yoga of Light we strive to offer students powerful healing tools to step into their own unique space of "connectedness" and wholeness both physically and mentally.
Attaining this space is a process, it is a daily practice of determining what we need to bring balance to our bodies, our minds and lives. Balanced living assists us in managing time, stress and relationships. It increases our productivity and performance, and has the power to fill our lives with happiness and satisfaction.
